I'm a floor supervisor at the Horseshoe casino In Tunica Ms. We generaly are very gracious with our comps. Our general rule is if you play you eat. Steakhouse comps are a little different where we do require at least a $50 avarage for 4 hours. As far as craps, every bet is taken into consideration. The only bet that is not considered is your odds. We offer 20x odds. The casino has no advantage on odds so it is not considered part of your avarage bet. If you bet a pass line bet and 2 come bets with full odds at table minimum, lets say $5, you have $315 in action with a $15 avarage. If you bet place bets, lets say $340, $320, $440 inside every roll you would have around a $350 to $400 avarage. That would get you just about anything you want as far as comps are concerned.

Comps points are figured by length of play X avarage bet. It has NOTHING to do with how much you buy in for. If you buy in for $15,000 and play $10 a hand for 10 minutes what you get is a CTR form and a whole bunch of floor people talking about how stupid you are for thinking buy in has something to do with it. You would be very lucky to get a hot dog.
