I was down there over the past weekend and stopped by Harrahs Marina to pick up the new 20th anniv chip. The tunnel doesn't seem to be anywhere close to completion.

Now I'll bet that the $64K a day will make the contractors work a lot faster, but it seems that they have a long way to go.
