The tunnel project to the A.C. Marina area that was supposed to be completed in May will not apparently be ready for the July 4 holiday traffic. Contractor is liable for a penalty of $64,000 a day for each day of delay--wow! That's a lot of jack pots. See the Review/Journal AP story link.
