You need to put the opening pic tag in front of each url and the closing pic tag behind each url. Like this:

{pic}URL{/pic}
{pic}URL{/pic}

etc. Of course, use this type of bracket [ instead of the ones I used in the example. Also, I noticed that your closed with [pic/]. The slash should have been before the pic.
