ANA uses a Member Club system not a Chapter System.

The essence of a member Club system is that another organization may become a member of the parent organization. A Member Club presumably does this in order to obtain the benefits of membership, the same reason an individual would join.

In a Chapter system the Parent organization creates smaller organization as a means to provide benefits to the Parent Organizations members.

There are many reasons why a organization would chose one system over the other, but they all boil down to whether the Parent is to serve the member club, or the Chapter to serve the Parent.

In the case of our organization which is still relatively small it would make no sense to use a member club system to aid organizations which primarily compete with the CCGTCC.

A member system might make sense for related collectibles that don't strictly fall within the CCGTCC realm but are still of interest to many members (casino ashtrays, slot cards, dice, etc.)
