I am meeting with the VP of B&G today.
He is in town consolidating the Paul-Son buy-out.
I have been through the Bud Jones plant, also now owned by B&G. It was very interesting.
My guess B&G would give the same answer you got from them, for a group to go through any of their plants.

If B&G was to buy-out AS, GGS, Chipco, they would control The Chip World..
