Skip the path to the file on your personal computer. Just add the filename itself to the path I supplied, making the way to view the file be:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/Capones.jpg

And remember, the web is case sensitive so if you capitalize the filename when you upload it you must capitalize it when you put it in a url. Best way, never use uppercase then you never have to worry about it.
