The person representing himself as Dr. Stuart Bloom (a stolen identity) was arrested yesterday in Tustin, Ca. He got my name from watching e-bay and then offered to sell a HR Morrison chip. If anyone else has had any dealings with this person, please let me know so I can pass that information on to the Tustin PD.
