Archie - The post you're responding to was a
response to an earlier post I made agreeing with portions of
both your and Jim Gardner's earlier posts (down the
index) where I failed to remember the change (a good
change) that you made last year allowing anyone who
wishes to vote to simpy mail you a SASE. I had
included missinformation (old rule no longer
standing) in my post; Marve responded with updated
information (new rule), and I then deleted a post
that no longer served any purpose and was not
exactly factual.

Marv did not decide all by his lonesome self to
make the post he did without reason. He was making
clear what I did not, and now we can hope for more
than 100 club members voting in the COTY/TOTY
contest.
