There is no such "presumption", except perhaps in the minds of certain readers. I have made several posts specifically pointing out that there are legitimate and honorable reasons why someone might not be on the list.

The potential economic consequences represented by the long list of collectors who will boycott sellers of slabbed chips is THE BEST POSSIBLE focus of "the war more directly against the slabbers and active slabber supporters?"
