I personally consider them fantasy chips. They were available a few years in Paulson retail store in a number of denominations; multiple boxes.
There WAS a club in Gardena called the Horseshoe CLUB. It closed quite a few years ago. Though I've heard a story that these (Paulson) chips were going to replace their existing rack, but they closed before the chips could be delivered...I personally discount that story. The place was always called the Horseshoe Club, never Horseshoe Casino. They are nice looking chips, however.
They may be shown on the club website's fantasy chip section, though I didn't check.
