I insured for $100, no sig conf, lost,USPS paid me

I sold this chip from this board for $100 June 2011. I had it insured for $100 (via PayPal shipping label I made), no sig confirmation, I dropped it off at post office, tracking showed it fell off of the radar someplace along the line, never delivered, I filed on the insurance in December 2011 (just lazy, so filed late), and was soon paid the $100 by the post office. This chip -- long story, but it was prototype made by Marion and Co for a proposed set to be given by high rollers at Caesars, and approved by Caesars, but it proved too expensive so the idea was dropped. No dupes.
