When a seller's ad shows dozens of fantasy/home chips, and all his other listings are for fantasy/home chips, I would not assume this is the only legitimate chip from a legitimate chip simply because it was professionally manufactured. I would also question how he is selling gold bars for $15, although he does specifically identify those as fakes.

I would ask before bidding.
