before the convention at the Gold Coast. There are two parts with a break in between. Part 1 has trinkets, tokens, No Cash Value items & chips, mostly Nevada. Part 2 has more chips with some nice high-end items (like a 50 cent Louisiana club chip).
You can see what is being auctioned by showing up for the auction. There are auction catalogs sent out for each of the parts, but you might be too late for that. Doug Saito, who is Mr. Chip Chat, sends out catalogs for his auctions to prior bidders or you can buy them from him (Note: they are neat to keep as they have great color pictures & information about the chips & casinos).
