I suspect that these are generic GEMACO playing cards, but I am reluctant to open the deck (still sealed) to see if a casino name might be involved.

Does anyone recognize the logo (which very well could be a GEMACO logo) or why the paper seal is printed with: "The George C. Matteson Company".
