So the 3rd "Saved by Pedro" USAF chip was delivered to my office today. I still can not find any specifics on the chips on the internet. I asked for more information and again all that he told me is that the chips were all sent to the Middle East and they are being given to troops that are rescued by The USAF Combat Rescue Guardian Angels.
