Re: Drilled chips.
In Response To: Re: Binion Chips in Denver ()

Andy, No flame but some smoke. I recently won a few chips on eBay which included the "rare" Casino Pagor, which is attributed to the Bahamas. In that same lot were two Cable Beach Casino drilled chips, oversized, 43mm, $500 & $1,000. They were drilled on the edge in one of the inserts & were hardly noticed by me when I opened the package. With some Silly Putty, they will look like new! Until I have as much money as Greg, these chips will look just fine in my collection. My wife will still not allow me to buy $500 & $1,000 chips no matter what I tell her about "preserving gaming history". She just gave me my 2 year underwear allowance & said "enough is enough".<g> I can't get no respect!
