I've had many Nevada casinos send me new chips thru the years and, as you mentioned, some would pay the postage... but none have been as accommodating as casinos in Germany. They couldn't do enough to please me... and some dug deep to locate opening-day issues for me.

I might add that the German casinos were the only ones who would refuse payment, but I would suggest that they forward those payments to children's charities.
