The Playboy chip was used at the Des Moines Playboy club. Issued around 1985 probably used for private games and/or fundraising. Info from Tom Stroh's book Cheques,Chips and Tokens of the Playboy Casinos (page 105).Worth around $2-$5. Hope this helps.
