I note the date of your newspaper clipping to be in July, 1986. Since the property was originally called "Boardwalk Regency" and was changed to "Caesars Atlantic City" in 1995, I would suspect that the first issue Caesars chips (CAE-100) might have been the ones on the table at the time of the bogus chip appearance(?) ... but I'm not certain.
