Richard, that is correct, however, my focus is...

on casino issued chips (live-action and NCV's) that commemorated or recognized the ccgtcc .

The chip you are referring to marked a chip show put on by Steve Cutler and CT Rodgers. If I am not mistaken, Steve's Nevada Gold Museum was then there at the Flamingo Laughlin. Later on it was moved to the Tropicana (Las Vegas) and evolved into the Casino Legends Hall of Fame and Museum.
