Most grants are online. Not familiar with las vegas/nevada yet... but I did make a call
to the Neon Museum and asked if they received any funding from city and state grants and I was told yes, and it was on a project to project
basis. Funny they don't credit on their site (that I saw...)

Grants are usually specific. For example... There could be a grant specifically for funding (capacity building) or (educational) Could be a (cultural exchange) They usually have a slant and you have to bend to fit. We could write for bringing in a European collector to do a seminar during the convention. aka (cultural exchange)

We (LP) did a project called (out of the box) the last two years where we wrote specifically for Billboard Advertisement Space, all paid for via grants, Here you go... from the last two years... There were multiple bus shelters, buses and billboards.
