having a suggestion like yours that actually provides a "road-map" is REALLY helpful. I don't believe that any of the current BoD members have any relative experience with seeking grants, so your information (including potential costs) is much appreciated (you may be called on for more help, Westen). While I don't believe that your suggestion of a paid director will fly based on our current membership levels and our current funds, but with some grant money in place, who knows??
