Who sold the Diamond molds?

I am finally making a database. I've been on the board awhile, but my collection is really pretty small, so it's still very workable. I have included manufacturer as one of my fields. I really mean the seller, since so many molds were actually manufactured by Burt. I was wondering who sold the Diamond molds. I am particularly interested in the seller for the Banana Room chips, since I believe there were a few Diamond molds and a few sellers

They are cheap, plastic feeling chips, but they are supposed to be somewhat old. The location in Jamaica was open in the 1930's, I believe. They were also supposed to have been used in Manhattan in the 1980's (more believable to me because of the feel of the chips). I would also like to know who else sold the mold.

Thanks.
