Can you be more specific on "non-gaming but hobby related"?
For example --

Live casino chips -- NO
Obsolete / un-cashable casino chips -- also NO ??
Poker chips (like home-game chips) -- YES ??
Pairs of Dice ???
Swizzle Sticks -- YES
Player's Cards and Room Keys -- YES, except no "Playboy" or suggestive graphics types.
Matchbooks -- NO (Kids and matches don't mix !!)
Ashtrays -- NO, not appropriate for kids
Mardi Gras type beads (from Orleans, etc.) -- YES
Decks of Playing Cards -- YES ??

As to purchases in Las Vegas, perhaps the inexpensive chips at Gambler's General Store and/or Spinetti's would work? And they have other related hobby items too. If you need to buy some stuff, I'll kick in $20 for purchases. LMK.
