Tyrus makes some very good points. I have always felt dealers were grossly underpaid. Unless you've done it you have no idea the pressure both mental and physical that a dealer is subjected to. Although I would not vote to join a union if I were still dealing I would hope the threat of this happening would make the boys in the 4th floor offices wake up and recognize that they have to do something to keep their most skilled employees more content.
