I bought a $5.00 Resorts Baccarat chip on ebay. Auction was $500.00 with a Buy it Now for $700.00. I got it for $500.00 and paid the next morning for the chip. I received this email today from Ebay. Any help would be appreciated.

This case has been opened by the seller with the following reason: Other.
Additional information provided by the seller: I was selling a baccarat chip for a moron who does not understand that it takes 3-5 days for money
to be transferred from PayPal to a bank account, and was demanding to get paid immediately before
giving the chip up to be mailed. The seller gave no indication that he would hand over the chip. I
am in the process of making restitution to the auction winner and have advanced $110.40 ($100 plus
the $10.40 for mailing costs) back to the auction winner, with the rest to follow when PayPal completes.

My Response.

I dont understand this response. The item was up on auction for almost a week, and now he decides
he cant wait for payment. My true feeling is that he didnt get what he thought he would for the chip.
I want this auction to continue through and I want the item. I bid on good faith, waiting for the
auction to finish and paid within 12 hours of the completed auction. This explaination is not
acceptable...
