opened. I don't know if the casino owners or the company that made them sold them, but they are pretty easy to get and not too expensive. I would guess that there are a lot of these chips out there, and most should be in new, unused condition. There is also a 50 cent chip and a token. I can't give you any idea of present value for the $25 chips because I haven't seen any sold since the economy tanked and the prices of many chips dropped significantly. I guess you will find out.
