I use Colgate toothpaste. Rub on a little bit and gently swirl it a round. Then if there are some real dirty stuff, use a soft bristled toothbrush and go over it "Gently" Add a little water and scrub......"GENTLY".........!!!!!!!!. I use my wife's toothbrush. I may have to get her a new on soon.
