The core (seen at chipped-away portions on the edge) seems to be a compressed pasteboard with visible layers of yellowish-brownish resin forming a hard, durable surface and finished with a base of blue pigment (laqcquered) upon where the graphics are painted and lacquered, again.

There's kind of a ring to it when tapped with a plastic pen or coin.

If I remember correctly; the person who knows of the similar piece mentioned that that piece was approximate in size to this one.

I wish I knew what the "19" is (the other piece had a numeral as well)...
