This was found in a shop in France about 17 years ago and sent to me along with some crude, common and not-so-interesting metal jetons.

There is a similar piece known from another department... but its use is also unknown. As you can see, it's hand-painted.

Anyway, I'm willing to trade it for a MOP from CERCLE NICOIS or JETEE-PROMENADE.
