I actually agree with 95% of what you said but I think that almost all club members are more honest than the average non-member. And if they are proved to be dishonest an ethics claim can be filed against them and they could be disciplined. This is a rather small group and word of a person (member or non-member)dealing less than honestly gets around VERY quickly.
