That is, this decision addressed the problem from the seller's point of view, not the buyer's. Even this city restriction does not prohibit porno customers from buying or owning such material, just from buying it in their city. As for the appropriateness of the restriction, I'll leave it to your Libertarian imagination to discern what I think of that!
