Without going into a lot of details, over the last 12 yrs. I have sold 3,000 chips. Never had these problems before. 1. Commit to buy, but never pay, after a second request. 2. buying a chip, stating will mail a check, I send chip but no payment ever recieved. Both these problems on Chip board and e-bay. However, these problems are NOT from club members. So now I will never send before payment, unless known club member. I was thinki9ng not selling to anyone not a member, but that may be extrem. E-Bay sales would be hard to restrict. Question, has any body else had these problems? I don't want to give names.
