I'll look into that Tucson club, Jim, and see what I can come up with. Of course, I could be mistaken about that location; fuzzy memory, and all. But I'm pretty certain it was in southern Arizona. As I recall, the operation occupied the second floor of a hotel. I'll do some checking.
