It starts so harmlessly...
You pocket a slot token or book of matches while on vacation...
and a few years later you're holding a "Where did all these chips come from???" sale on the Chipboard!

I used CA (Collectors Assistant) my first time around - and loved it - but lost my data in a computer crash about 7-8 years ago.

I just bought Happy Chipper and am in the process of starting over with 1000's of chips.
My progress (or lack of it) gets discouraging sometimes.
Maybe in a year or so you'll see post saying OMG-YAY-I-DID-IT!

I agree with the people that say START EARLY because I have to drag out boxes and albums every time I am not sure if I have something.

Sadly, I still a long way from printing a nice report that reflects what chips are in my collection but I keep chipping away at the data entry.
When I am done, I will be a very Happy Chipper.
