A while ago I had the same "problem". I did some worksheets,
started to develop a "system" (still, but I'm totally out of time
to finish it).

The spreadsheets did not work with me. Always missing something.

I decided that I'm leaving for HappyChipper. I'm just waiting to
get version 9 to use it.

But why do you think is not ready to use HappyChipper (or any
other cataloging system)?
