I had never heard of that before. I dont ever play zero so am not sure whether Ive ever observed it or not.
I have been reading several articles, which seem to indicate that nowadays it varies from casino to casino, with about a 50/50 split through europe. Shame they dont do it in the UK.

Not 100% - both seem to be options....
