I list a chip for sale get 2-3 bids, sell to high bidder, than use the 2nd chance offer, and it never sells. Than I relist for say 1 day and I get 2-3 bids with top bid higher than the orginal 2nd chance price. This has happened many, many times, so I just have given up on 2nd chance's. But WHY?
