Opinions please. This is the chip from ebay that got everyone's attention. Chip didn't scan half as good as it looks. I did clean the chip. The green inserts are not painted on and go all the way through the chip. The chip will stand on end and lays perfectly flat. Don't think it spent any time in concrete. There is some kind of a defect on the lowest green insert on the left scan. Some kind of surface defect. What could have caused this? Overall nice chip.
