I dealt with a similar situation as a seller. I advertised a toy train as mint condition, and the buyer wanted accessories that came with the train originally but were not shown in the photo. I offered a complete refund (including postage both ways), and the buyer still declined. He ended up on my "banned bidders" list at eBay.
