There is one, and only one mandate that I'm talking about, one requiring CCGTCC membership that was put into place after the CCC became a chapter, removed, and is now being proposed again. It's the only mandate that has been handed down by the CCGTCC that is and was unenforcable (by choice) by the CCC since its inception.
