Don; I'm glad to read that you too are opposed to slabbing. No one is prohibiting members from what they want to collect.

As for posts on this board regarding this subject.... evidently there is a lot of interest in the subject.. as many folks are posting about it. My guess is when the posts from others subside, there will be nothing to respond to. Anyone is free to post about any aspect of their hobby that interests them. I see lots of non-slabbing posts that others are making. The anti-slab group is not discouraging posts on other subjects. Those who are not interested in the slabbing subject could simply skip over the posts they don't want to concern themselves with.

As far as getting back to chipping.... this slabbing issue may become chipping of the future, unfortunately.
