the rosters were first requested (months ago) in person by Robert. I said that they were
also requested by Robert and CC>CC Officers over a
period of months.

Robert has never received the information he
requested in all these months.

No, I'm not suggesting any one is lying, but I am asking (as are others) why can't Robert have the numbers he's asking for.
