Peter; One of the problems the Chapters have is that they have no ACCURATE way of determining who belongs to CC & GTCC and who does not. Memberships expire for club members every quarter in CC & GTCC. The larger the chapter, the larger the fluctuations. Chapter President Brach says that he has provided that roster information, as required, to the (Inter)National organization. Only the National can honestly determine who is a member of CC & GTCC and who is not, by comparing their records to the Chapter's. I would have no problem with the National releasing the percentage of non-CC & GTCC members in each Chapter. It's probably a worthwhile statistic that many chapter members might be interested in.... but the fact is that it has little relevance with the new ByLaws that are currently in effect.... wouldn't you agree?
