If you are after a common chip and bid $20 keep watching for it and bid $21-22 next time. If thats out of range or the chip is consistantly selling for much more, give up. Sometimes you get lucky, as I once did. I always was outbid at the last second on a chip, finally I bid $75.00 more than the value of the chip and got it for $3.50.
