Maybe I didn't follow that Jim. The value of a chip is not consistantly tied to rarity. A Chicago chip with 6-10 chips known might be worth $50, but a Tennessee chip with 5-10 known would be worth $8 (and with that you could probably only sell 4 chips!)
To say a chip is a R3 rarity doesn't mean all R3 chips are the same price.
Even "Unique" (one known) would be very different if you are talking about an area which is heavily collected and one which is not.
