Sometimes computers will "save" helpful information and then fill empty boxes with what it believes is an appropriate response. It could be that in some use sometime the cqtranslate phrase was used, and then picks up on that.

Someone with more computer savvy could recommend you delete something (cookies, some other Windows file) to clear it, but like you say, NBD.
