Here's what I would do to get maximum return:
1) go to the AC chip club meeting tomorrow at 11am at Ballys. The collectors there will help you identify which (if any) of your chips are worth more than cash in value
2) post scans of the chips here. Many, including myself, collect AC chips and can help you value your chips
3) Cash them in at the casinos. Even if the casino is closed, most of them can still be cashed in at the appropriate post-closed surviving casino (ex. Ballys Grand I believe can be cashed in at the Atlantic Club)
