IMO.
Both of the Flamingo chips could have been reordered.
Neither says Limited Edition.
Numbered are 1 to 5000. Gaming would have allowed a reorder with starting number 5001 to whatever.

If LTD 5000 on the chip, they would not allow a reorder.

The other is considered a rack chip and could have been reordered.
